Waited an hour and half to get food had to get it to go because we were with 2 children who were very patient but hit their limit. Even drink orders took over 20 minutes for service and it didn’t appear busy for a Friday night not sure what was going on ! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

From their About page, on their website: "...There are no strangers, only friends we haven't met yet"?!?! They certainly seem to have a bizarre way of showing it! Am disgusted by what occurred at this restaurant this evening. We came from out of state, to attend a brief meeting. The drive was very long, and being unfamiliar with the area, we were unable to locate a gas station or donut shop before reaching our destination. My disabled mother needed a brief restroom break, so I drove up to the restaurant. Walking in slowly with her cane, she said that she had approached a male attendant, and he rudely and abruptly refused her access to the restroom, claiming that they were "unavailable to the public"....So, she left. This restaurant's staff clearly has a long way to go, in terms of learning what "makes a customer feel comfortable"...or welcome! After our meeting, we had planned to return to get something to eat - Obviously, we changed that plan quickly! We may have just been two customers - and I'm sure they aren't hurting for business - but they might want to reconsider their treatment of their fellow human beings. Aside from the matter of losing business, they may be in the same boat someday, and am sure they wouldn't appreciate such poor treatment.
