Poor management and rude staff. I was hoping to eat here but, due to lack of management, I couldn't get a table despite so many unoccupied tables with reservation signs. I was told that they were all booked but nobody turned up for the hour or so I was there. Other customers had to bring used plates to the counter as nothing was cleared. The staff was rude with their comments. Such a shame for club members like myself. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Such a shame about this place! It used to be our favourite hang-out but now they’ve “out-sourced” the restaurant to some conglomeration that has zero interest in the local community needs or tastes and is unfriendly to the point of rudeness. They got our order wrong, blamed us for not saying it correctly, told me to drink my coffee without sugar when I asked for a sweetener, and the food (one flathead that used to be scrumptious and one barramundi, which rarely can go wrong ) was simply tasteless! We’ll be changing our clubs now because our meal outing is very important. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$40–60 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Omg we’re do I start waited over 1hr to get our food steak ended up being overcooked our seafood platter was even worse prawns were like rubber salmon was dry octopus even worse never ever again!!!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$60–80
