The burgers didn’t taste good I must admit. Was very greasy and had a stale taste to it, I think it was the oil or ingredients weren’t fresh. It was my first time trying cos it’s close to Safeway. I liked only the fries and quantity and the individualized sauces because it was just regular fries and I was hungry. Bought for me and my kids. Ended up stooling immediately after eating. When I have to go to the toilet after eating, it means my tummy was repelling it cos I have a strong stomach. Would I buy again? No, sorry. I felt I could get something better for a $37 lunch of just two burgers and fries. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Slow service and wrong order. I ordered ahead online and got there 10 min early, but I only ordered chili chese fries so I thought it might go fast. Waited a full 15 min and had to ask about my order. Then I watched the girl go to the back and make my order on the fly meaning they never even started my order. They also gave me the wrong food. They gave me cheese fries instead of chili cheese fries. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Rachel at the front is absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with the warmest smile and made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. Her customer service is truly outstanding — friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. When she brought us our food, we were so happy because our burgers and chili cheese fries looked delicious, and she was still just as cheerful and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed.
