We visited Wayback burgers in Rocky Hill last night for the first time in a few years as it had always been a childhood favorite. We ordered two burgers and fries to go last evening at 6:25PM. The order was ready at 7:10PM and upon arriving home, we noticed that the order was incorrect. The staff was very friendly and kind, however it seems that they have far too many orders to handle with DoorDash and UberEats, resulting in the 40 minute wait time and incorrect order. For the price, I would expect that the owner could afford additional staffing on a Friday night. Very disappointed. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I am really sorry we got your order wrong and you had to wait for so long. We are constantly working to address the staffing. However, sometimes it is difficult to predict when we will get busy. For example, the Friday you visited we had a sudden increase (40%) in order compared to past 4 month Friday sales. Since we make everything fresh to order, the wait time can increase when we have many orders. I will do better at communicating the wait time to customers before they place the order.
