Unfortunately, a lot has changed for the worse due to the new operator. The inflatable “fun island” takes up so much space that there is even less room for swimming or hanging out in the already small pool. And the new boundaries of the swimming lanes are very disruptive and more of an obstacle. Before you could just swim across the pool. That is no longer possible now. And the waterfall is almost never on and there are bicycles placed in the water that are very easy to trip over. All in all, unfortunately not recommended at the moment.

Went to the Wendland Therme near Gartow on April 24th. We found it really nice in the thermal baths. There was hardly anything going on that day. That's why we can't say anything about noise and hindrance to swimmers. The lanes for swimming are quite narrow. The bathroom is really nice for children. I can imagine it is difficult for those who are looking for peace and relaxation. We can't say anything about the food either. What we noticed was that quite a few lockers were broken. Everyone had to change our compartments because they couldn't be closed. As a family with children, we found the visit quite enjoyable. It's probably no longer for those looking for peace and quiet.

Experienced a nice sauna evening at an event. Classic sauna with interesting infusions. The Scandinavian buffet (fish) was delicious. The only sticking point, even though we were one of the first when the event opened, all the loungers in the relaxation room were already occupied. Clearly too few loungers.
