Absolute disgusting attitude. I don’t make google reviews, EVER, but as a fellow food service worker, I would not come here again. I originally came in to get the salad I order from door dash that I didn’t get, cool, fine, understandable. I tell the girl at the counter, probably about 4’3”, about the salad, and she gave me a dirty look and in a disgusting tone “What Salad?!?”. Told her, she went and got it, then TOSSED it at me across the counter, then said some “bye” rolled her eyes then talked to the next customer behind me. Like what kind of service is this? If you hate your job, then quit.. people are rude, disgusting and disrespectful. If I acted like that at my job, I’d be fired instantly!! DO BETTER! Meal type: Other Price per person: $40–50 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This store a horrible issue with their wait time an attitudes in this store are always poor. I don't even know why I tried this store again. I usually avoid it like the plague but since it was closer to the house I decided to give it another chance, only to be reminded exactly why I usually go elsewhere. I wish this store would get it together the westside already has very slim options for food Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We typically go to the Broadway location but decided to give this location a try as it is a little bit closer. What was supposed to end up as a quick bite with the family after some shopping ended up being a mood killer. We ordered ahead of time but did not realize that you have to put that you're there for them to start making it (we chose to pick up inside). As we sat down and my wife put that we were here, the woman up front immediately said "Do you see this order I just got?" and, afterwards, "I don't know what they thinking". They proceeded to complain, along with the other staff, about how big of an order it was (We had not walked up to the counter yet). This order consisted of 2 10 piece nugget meals and 2 kids nugget meals, mind you. Maybe that's a big order in Wendy's standards? As I walked up to the counter, they asked if I had a carry out or needed to order. I proceeded to tell them that we had "the big order". Didn't even have to confirm the name, interesting enough. They all pretty much avoided eye contact and I could hear them mentioning about "they sat down in the lobby". We will be sticking with the Broadway location next time. It may be farther away but they are much more customer friendly, even with it being a younger staff. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
