It’s a very dirty place. I could understand if they were busy, but the place was completely dead. All the tables were dirty, and I had to ask the staff to clean one before I could sit down, the floor sticky as well. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Absolutely brilliant visit to Wendy’s Basildon! Popped into Wendy’s Basildon today and was genuinely impressed. The food came out super fast and was piping hot and really fresh the fries were crispy, the burger was juicy and full of flavour. Everything tasted like it had just been made. The customer service was excellent too. Super friendly and efficient team. Special shoutout to Farren she was an absolute star! Really attentive, had a lovely smile and made the whole experience feel personal. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be coming back. First time at a Wendy's ever. Definitely won't be the last. Probably the most luxurious fast food I've ever had. Eshe was a lovely staff member that was incredibly helpful.
