Awwwe man poor Wendys. They have really lost their Mojo!!! Baconattor. Noooo not with 1'ish piece of bacon on a not so fresh burger for 12.?? Combo. A lot off little end pieces of fries. Menus blacked out. I mean out. Only dessert and drinks menus working. I asked works going. They were looking as if Iwas weird. Lol . Dang I guess I'm way to old school. I forgot the menu and they were trying to find a paper menu. Go figure. They got on for hot second at least they tried. Only customers in there I really miss the old Wendy's. Hot and fresh juicy burgers. All I can say is don't get a baconattor. It's not the same. The need a redo. Dang !!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

Went through the drive thru, ordered $43 worth of food. Didn’t receive a burger that I ordered. Called the restaurant, they wanted me to drive back up there to get the burger and the person that put the stuff in the bag claimed they put everything in there. They in fact did not and when asked if they were going to give me gas money for me having to come back up there on an order they messed up, they told me the only thing they can do is make another burger. They didn’t give me a receipt. It’s 5:00 on a Friday and they were not busy. I told them I didn’t want to drive back up there because by the time I got back home, the rest of my food would be ice cold. I called corporate at this point. This is the second time they’ve done this at this location. The last time we went(4 months ago), they did the same thing. Perhaps corporate needs to come in for a secret shop and test their employees now, I’m $7 short on the food I ordered and Wendy’s made $7 profit on something they didn’t earn. Never purchasing from here again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
