Waited 30 minutes at Wendy’s just to get attitude when asking about our order. Got hit with ‘oh my god’ twice like we were the problem, then magically it was ‘one more minute’ after all that. Crazy how the food wasn’t ready but the disrespect was. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I now see why the parking lot was empty. The cashier had the personality of a mud puddle and acted as it was a huge inconvenience to take the order. While we were ordering the manager and another employee were in a heated conversation with both dropping the f bomb. As we were eating this same language occurred again so low that everyone at our table stopped. They were in the kitchen when this happened. Our order was missing a burger, they everything but called me a liar when I ask them for it. Then stay came around and empty the trash and just left it in the bag in the floor for like 10 minutes. We got our kids frosty which had sticky stuff on the outside of all of the cups. We certainly will not be back at this location. The manager and staff should be fired. Staff on duty at 5pl on 1/22/36 are responsible for this experience. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is an App State themed Wendy's with a second level (which is nice for getting away from the rush downstairs). As far as Wendy's go, this is standard. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20 Parking space: Plenty of parking
