We usually go through the drive thru at this location. So the atmosphere was not something I could comment on. Our window attendant was knowledgeable and made sure to upsell their desserts. We declined but good for her. HOWEVER I did notice something strange as we sat in the drive thru. They had asked the couple of cars in front of us to pull up to where the "garbage can" is located (I assume to not block the window for other customers) as they wait for their order. But unfortunately the location they are asking for people to park is in the direct traffic of the other vehicles turning off the light and coming into the shopping mall area. Below is 2 photos that show the customers in front of us. In the first photo, the white vehicle is coming from right to left to get to the crossing for access to the light. Which it is in its own lane but clearly the customers waiting for their order are in the line of traffic, past the curb. The second photo shows another white SUV coming towards the customers and they had to get way into the opposite side of the road to miss the customers in front of us waiting as the lady delivers their food. This is Dangerous!! If on coming traffic isn't paying attention it could be a head on collision. (Yes, it is in a private mall area, and the speed is reduced, but the on coming traffic clearly has the right of way not the traffic sitting patiently waiting for their food. ) On the other side of this "driving access" is concrete parking barriers for the individual parking spots to the other establishments that share that parking lot. So there is only so far that crossing traffic can go. This is not safe!

Every time I’ve gone in to order I get the correct food but it’s ridiculous that when asking for sauce it’s 50cents each I get 4 every time and they charge for it. But I never see my sauces. This is very upsetting and on the other note when you call they don’t answer. I have called five times to get this resolved and they ignore the calls every time Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 1

This is not a good Wendy's. The patties were weirdly crumbley and the fries extremely salty. And she told use to wait next to the trashcan, pretty gross. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
