I always order the same thing at Wendy's. This girl who served me, I don't know if she was a superior or the manager, but she was very rude and the attention was very poor. You could tell she didn't feel like working. First, they gave me the food without any utensils to eat it. I stood there waiting, she looked at me like I was finished, but I asked for ketchup, mayonnaise, and sour cream. She told me that sour cream didn't come with what I ordered. I told her, OK, she left and I stayed again. This time she looked at me and I said, "I need a fork, a spoon, something to eat." All without any desire, little by little. If you're having a bad day, the rest of us are not to blame. Thank you. A few weeks ago I ordered the same salad I have ordered many times and at the very end right before finishing almost the entire thing, I found what looks to be a wad of animal hair compacted together. I called the store and all they said was to come back and they would give me another saladwhy on earth would I want another salad? I then made a report to Wendy’s via their phone line and was told a district manager would call me but I have heard absolutely nothing since my report was made. This definitely needs to be addressed as I have no idea what diseases could have been in the animal fur that was in my food, and I likely consumed. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1
