After seeing the drive thru with more than 5 cars and the line into the parking lot, we odered inside. One couple eating and no line. After watching a couple of cars go by our order was taken wrong, but i was tired and just wanted to get my food and go. No smile or friendly customer sevice, almost like we were a chore to be dealt with, ugh. After about 5 minutes of the drive thru being empty, we got our semi- warm food. We were given a 10% discount for unkown reasons and we didnt ask why. This location needs training and supervision for me to visit again, it won't be in my top 10 places to get a quick meal. I should have went to In-n-Out at the next off ramp, quicker, fresher and less with great service. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

As a newly opened fast food franchisee, their customer service, specifically through the drive thru has greatly improved. One of the faster fast food service and order processed are as far as my experience been accurate. Greatly recommend. Glad to have this as a another go-to when in Calimesa. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The launch team was great after that. the food is disgusting now dont know why. My 4th time this has been this bad like know one cares sad. other Wendy's locations are good this one is by far the worst. which makes zero sense. my fam was excited to get a new Wendys. now it won't be but about year if you all don't clean up the problems till it closes nothing is consistent it's ️ I will drive 20 miles for a better Wendy's from now on you guys ruined it smh Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
