If the employees had a proper break room/ space, it would really spruce up the place. A ledge full of of employee drinks looks tacky and is a very big inconvenience for staff as well as customers. Management should try harder to resolve this situation. Many reviews have talked about it, yet still, absolutely nothing has been done or changed. If you value your employees and your customers you HAVE to make positive changes. Just because it's the "Wendy's Way" doesn't make it right. We went in during lunch rush, and I understand that it's difficult to keep up with that many people but they completely forgot parts of my order, and when i went up to get them i had to stand and wait 10 minutes because there was no one at the front taking orders. Eventually a young man came up and started taking orders, and who i assume was his manager told him to " take one order then go, take one and go " And afterwards when i asked about my missing food the woman who i assume is his manager was dismissive. Fries tasted like cleaning supplies, i probably wont be returning. That is not customer service. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I moved away but come back very often, this place used to be five stars, not sure what happened but they lost the star for me LOL. They usually mess something up and the service through the drive-thru isn't what it used to be. Also drive-thru times sing longer for some reason.
