Had a rather irritating issue today. This restaurant is praised for its attention to allergies and I am going to have to disagree. The daytime staff cant seem to handle an allergy issue at all. I ordered the Asiago Ranch Chicken Sandwich with no cheese and no ranch and very specifically repeated that I have a dairy allergy. The chicken is already dairy free so as long as I have them remove the cheese and the ranch fron the sandwich its usually safe. Not today! I got my sandwich hime and its covered in RANCH! The girl that took the order only put no cheese and then stamped it allergy. I had to scrape and wash over half of my sandwich on order to eat. A dairy allergy is a dairy allergy. The staff needs to be trained better on allergies. Luckily for me its not life threatening but if I had eaten the sandwich with all that ranch on it I would definitely not be getting out of bed or eating for a minimum of a few days. The night staff has always been able to accommodate the allergy with no issues and I always get my sandwich served in a separate bag for safety. Why is the daytime staff always an issue? What a let down... The old 4 dollar biggie bag is now 6 bucks and the tea tastes like crap... The fries weren't salted enough and u get no ketchup... The burger u can eat in a few bites... Don't think I'll come back which is sad... Because Wendy's used to be good... Now dumping my burnt flavored tea.... Goes to show I can get better deals at McDonald's... Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
