Place looked good and the workers were nice. Restroom was clean. Food tasted good. The only negative would be, I was the only one in the restaurant and my order still took longer than it should. Other than that my experience was a good one. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Horrid experience. I waited an inordinate amount of time for my order to be heard at the drive thru, so much so that I would have left had I not already paid for it online. They totally messed up my drive thru order. Burgers instead of the Tendys I had ordered. It's now a month later and they still refuse to make things right. Done with this company. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This location was amazing since they opened, however, something has changed this year. My family has now twice gotten Norovirus after having a meal with frostys at this location since the beginning of this year. We weren't sure it was them the first time, but after the second time, it will make us stay away for a while. Both times happened about 12-24 hours after eating Wendy's and it seemed to be from the frostys. Food: 3 Service: 4 Service: Takeaway
