Took 45 min to get thru the drive thru , got to the window and kid told me they were out of chili. We ordered 2 chili's with our order. Kid then told me I had to get my refund back via the app which wouldn't let me. Then manager came to window and we asked how to refund the chili. Her response was that they had chili and she ordered the first kid to get it out of cooler and heat it up. So clearly he was just being lazy. The manager was the only positive part of our experience and did her best despite her crew. Our chicken sandwiches were both overcooked and hard as a rock. We were unable to eat them. The frys were no good either sadly.. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I only gave one star because Wendy's food is normally good, but I went to Wendy's on 8 mile in Livernois this morning and the service was horrible. The young lady answering the window was very rude. I ended up not getting my food.Because I would hate to spend money with a with someone who is so disgusting.
