Service is so poor. I had to wait a long time for my food. Staffs very sluggish. (between 7 and 9pm Sunday) the dude is pretty good but there’s this lady who act like she’s tired of working. Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went there to meet a client. The dining room floor is slippery as an ice rink. It is very oily. Who mopped the floor with grease water? Also, there was a speaker that is nearly fallen out of the ceiling. There is trim falling from from the ceiling right above tables. * This IS 0 star dining room. * I can't imagine the lack of food safety based on what customer experiences. * Be better off to go to the Burger King on the other side of Van Born. Atmosphere: 1

I no longer eat at Wendy's the food is either cold and soggy or burned and hard as a rock I also have a hard time trying to get the staff to change or cook fresh food not just at this Wendy's but other Wendy's as well save your money stay home
