Muchos de sus visitantes dicen que aquí los camareros te ofrecen un bien preparado sándwich de chocolate. Tal y como un gran número de usuarios afirman, su té es bastante extraordinario.
Vas a llevarte un buen recuerdo de Wendy's, ya que es bien conocido por su gran servicio y su amable personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Este lugar es uno de esos establecimientos con estupendos manjares por unos precios bajos. La atmósfera es aburrida, tal y como lo ven sus invitados. Este lugar no ha obtenido una puntuación muy alta por parte de los usuarios de Google.

I visited the Wendy’s on Wacker Drive in Dubuque today and ordered a $6 Junior Bacon Biggie Bag for my son who is year and a half old. We were running errands and needed a quick lunch on the way back home. When we got home, I found that all of the food was cold, the fries were only about half full, and instead of the advertised four chicken nuggets, there were only three in the box. I attempted to call the restaurant three separate times to give them an opportunity to make it right, but each call went straight to voicemail, so I was unable to speak with anyone. Mistakes happen, but serving cold food, providing incomplete orders, and then being unreachable by phone is disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues so other customers have a better experience. Update: so after posting this, I called a fourth time and was actually able to speak with the manager. She Apologized and said she Is going to issue a comp card, (send a gift card via mail) With an extra frosty or something, However & more importantly, she said she was going to inform her staff to do quality checks verifying all the food going outis actually hot & correct and Furthermore, she said she was going to focus on ensuring all her Wendy’s staff are relaying correct information, (I was told they don’t do four dollar biggie bags anymore and apparently they do) In short, at least they made it right. Waited over 20 minutes to get food. Gave me a different drink without asking if the substitute would be alright and messed up all the burgers. Highly recommend NOT eating here unless you want the most unpleasant time Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The meat on the burgers were undercooked. The staff were fighting in the back. It is rare we go to Wendy's and it will be a bit before we go back if ever. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot
