So I normally do night write bad reviews. But after multiple issues I felt it necessary. I went through the drive thru to get the meal they had missed completely on my last visit. The staff acted as if I was an inconvenience to them and still couldn’t get the order right. After I was pulled up for an $8 biggie bag, the order was only two sloppy sandwiches. So I had to go back through the drive thru to let them know the order was not correct still. As someone who has worked in Hospitality and managed fast food for over 25 yrs, I am completely ashamed to say that this Wendy’s was my first job and none of this would have been tolerated. The management and staff are either lacking experience or knowledge about fast food and food quality. The fries that I received were burnt and not even edible. Please Wendy’s of Elkins do better. I love Wendy’s but I am rethinking that choice. Me and my family eat here at least twice a week because of ball games and how convenient it is. But when they can only take one order at a time and still not get it correct. Someone from upper management may need to see what the issues are.
