Let me just preface this by saying I only write reviews if it is is really amazing or really awful... and unfortunately this is my last trip to this Wendy's because they are consistently awful! On today's episode of bad food bad service - I did an online order (through DoorDash) to go pick up my order, figured there is less room for mistakes... WRONG... #1 the staff there is absolutely miserable, they don't even try to serve you with a smile, and they look like they are all stoned working at a snails pace. #2. I ordered the Chicken sandwich combo w a baked potato, NO FRIES, and a 4 piece spicy chix nugget. I barely got any lettuce or mayo on my chicken sandwich, and the chicken was burnt and hard, it tasted burnt... I only received 2 nuggets which were also burnt and over done. The potato was the only decent thing of the order, the Dr. Pepper was flat and tasted awful, and they told me at the store they were out of the 2 cookies I had tried to order. They are consistently bad and out of things, the other week I went through drive through, tried to order a chocolate frosty and was told they were out of the frosty and would not have any until next week. Um ok... fine no biggie... turns out they messed up my order so I had to go back and the lovely female manager who was very apologetic tried to offer me a free frosty! I said "Umm no I am sorry I ordered one and was told you are out, so no thank you" She responded, "what we are not out at all, I can get you one..." I said" Thanks but now bc I had to come back, I am now late to return to work... This Wendy's is by far the worst around, the food is awful, the store is always dirty inside, and the staff is miserable, except for the lovely female manager. I really hope their corporate manager sees these reviews and tries to turn it around bc it is in a great location and could do a lot of business. Food: 1 Service: 1

Just went through the drive-thru and it was a great experience. They were sadly out of bacon for our jr bacon cheeseburgers but Nadia offered us those plus more food on top for the inconvenience. She was polite and professional. A++++++ worker! You go girl! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is not an indictment on the workers because they seem short staffed and I’m sure are doing the best they can. This is an indictment on the management/owner operator. The store is falling apart. It took 30 minutes to just get chicken nuggets and they tasted terrible. The soda machine was bubbling and spilling into the floor. There were no straws or lids stocked. I keep trying to give this Wendy’s a chance and they are the worst Wendy’s by far. They are constantly out of items. I don’t know who is running the place but you need to figure it out. Your staff deserves better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
