Ordered online, got to the drive thru and waited about 6 minutes until they were ready, was told they didn't have my order showing up at all, then they ended up finding it after another minute or two of waiting. When I got to the window, they had my order, but informed me that they were out of large cups (I'd ordered a large soda) so they just gave me a medium soda and that was that. They didn't offer a small alongside it, didn't offer a partial refund, just didn't give me the size I paid for and sent me on my way. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

50/50 if you will actually get all of your food that you order. Then you run the risk that the burger might not be cooked all the way. I have stopped doordashing from Wendy's because of this,and tried the drive thru...silly me. If you really want Wendy's try your luck, but until they get their crap together I say go somewhere else and save yourself the annoyance. If youre gonna eat inside at least they probably won't forget what you ordered. This review is based off the multiple attempts I have made at ordering from this Wendy's, the latest debacle was just the last straw. Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20
