Travelling all over North America we tend to eat at Wendy’s quite a bit. This is absolutely the most horrific experience in a fast food chain. The new AI drive-through showed us our 2 combos order on the screen when we got to the window we were missing stuff but we had already paid and instead of fixing it the rude girl threw the receipt at us and closed the window. Do not visit this location. Wendy’s head office should be ashamed of this location. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Fries were a few hours old and stone cold, the rest of the order was incomplete, and my frosty was the wrong flavor. Employees could not be bothered to help people, and acted like any request was an imposition. I wasted my money and ended up throwing a good portion of my food away because it was either wrong or just straight up inedible. Don't go here. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This Wendy's SUCKS!!! This is the second time I did a mobile order like 20 or 30 minutes ahead of time and still had to wait another 15/20 minutes when I got to the store, because no one actually pays attention to the mobile orders until you arrive and tell them you have one. It was about 8:30pm on Tuesday evening. No less than 7 or 8 people standing around doing absolutely nothing. Wait, Im sorry, the one who I think may have been a supervisor was leaned over on a table near the drive-thru wending on her cell phone. To top it all off, the food was still not hot or fresh when I finally received it. No wonder the stock has dropped to $8. Poor service, Poor management, Poor quality control. They'll be gone in the next decade. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
