Wendy’s really said “warm, creamy cheese sauce, shredded cheddar, and crispy Applewood smoked bacon” and then handed me fries that looked like they are from a government rationing program. The cheese sauce looked like an employee whispered “cheese” over the container before closing the lid and the shredded cheese is apparently on vacation. I hope it's having a better time than I did for lunch. Calling these Baconator Fries implies a legal requirement for bacon, but the bacon quantity suggests the pig merely walked past the kitchen. It was so insulting I honestly checked the bag to see if the rest fell out. I’ve seen more toppings on a receipt. The only thing these fries were "loaded" with was disappointment. And the fries weren’t even warm. Nothing hits quite like paying premium prices for fries that feel like they were found under the fryer during closing. Whoever assembled these Baconator Fries should be investigated for fraud. If these are “the only fries worthy of the Baconator name,” I’d hate to meet the unworthy ones considering my order looked like someone described bacon to the fries from another room. The menu photo should come with a disclaimer: “Dramatization. Actual product will resemble a culinary hate crime.” Next time just throw a raw potato at me and save everyone the effort. Food: 1

If I could give this Wendy's no stars I would the food was terrible. They gave us cold fries old meat. It cost $42 bucks and it wasn't worth one cent! Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I've been to this location serveal times and my food is always cold. The manager seems a bit off. I've given chance after chance. If I want wendys I just go to the one on the beltline now. Sure it's out of the way but at least my food is hot and you feel welcomed in the store. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
