Update: The general manager reached out personally and was very apologetic about the situation. She handled it professionally, made things right, and assured me she would address the issue with the employee involved. I appreciate her taking responsibility, and I’m willing to chalk the original experience up to someone simply having a bad day. Original: Today, I had a very disappointing experience at this Wendy's location. I waited about 15 minutes at the order speaker without any acknowledgment or even a simple "please hold." The line was backed up significantly, and when I eventually drove up to the window, I was met with a rude response from the staff about being short-handed. Unfortunately, the overall attitude really left a negative impression. I'd recommend considering another Wendy's location if you're looking for better service. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

This is the most efficient Wendy’s I have ever been to. The service is quick and the food is fresh. I usually go for lunch rush and I’m always in and out.
