I placed my order online about 20 minutes before arriving, but they didn't start making it until I got there. The employees and the manager looked like they were angry the entire time. When I arrived, they served my Frosty, fries, and chili first, and then told me they were out of Coke. After that, the employee realized I had also ordered chicken tenders. She went to the freezer and grabbed them with her bare hands—no gloves. The manager also handled food without gloves. The floor was filthy, and the entire restaurant looked dirty and disorganized. I politely asked for fresh fries, but the employee simply walked away and ignored me. Instead, she went to get more ranch, even though nobody had asked for it. This was by far the worst customer service I've experienced. The restaurant was dirty, the food handling was unacceptable, and the staff acted like they didn't want to be there. If you don't like your job, please find another one instead of treating customers this way. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The drive through lady was exceptionally polite and sweet, 5 stars for her. However the food was awful. Real bad. $22 for 2 meals, sweet tea is so gross. The Coke taste like the machine hasn't been cleaned in...ever. my burger was cold and sad. Our fries were old tasting and awful. We had to ask for straws. Terrible location. That was disgusting and a waste of money, I didn't even eat half my food. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

This restaurant makes the case for fast food being run by robots. Have you ever seen "Hells Kitchen" episodes where one chef sabotages dishes, and the other chef has to catch it before it's sent out? That's exactly what seems to happen at this Wendy's. A soldier in uniform waited 20 minutes for a Frosty. Our food actually did come out as ordered, after a very long wait. At least our car has plenty of time to charge fully.
