I like going to this Wendy's because the staff is always friendly and the food is hot and fresh. Crystal served us today and she was very friendly and helpful despite our difficult order. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

I’m currently bedridden, and my son ordered Wendy’s through DoorDash for us. When our order arrived, some items were missing. I called and spoke with the General Manager, Crystal, and she went above and beyond. Not only did she personally remake the missing items, but she also delivered them to our door herself. From our conversation, I knew our home was out of the way for her, yet she still took the time to make things right. Crystal is truly exceptional, and her kindness meant so much to me during a difficult time. Customer service like this is rare, and I am incredibly grateful for her compassion and dedication. Thank you a million times, Crystal! Wendy’s is lucky to have you. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5

I've been to this Wendy's to give it lots of tries and I've been more and more disappointed with each one. The feeling I get when I go is so disappointing and un-describable that ruins my whole mood. They keep getting my order wrong, add things I've repeatedly told them not to, and don't even give me a receipt. Probably because they know that without it I can't prove anything. Not to mention, they are slow and never answer my calls. I've tried so hard to give them several chances, I really did, but the food and customer service is awful. I get that maybe the cooks or whatever could be going through it or don't care, but that is NOT my problem. If you really need the job or want it, then you better start putting your A game on cause it's not my fault you don't want to be there! I simply orded the most SIMPLIST things ever, yet they failed to even get that right. Sure, while there is good reviews on here, I need to warn whoever is reading this that this Wendy's isn't as great as those very few say it is. Theh seem lile really nice people who got good orders and whatever, but it is not always the best experience one would want. Especially in a hurry. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
