We drive Listowel every few months and I look forward to eating at this location as this is the only Wendy's left I will eat at which is sad as Wendys was always my first choice for fast food. Food here is good ,hot and fresh unlike others that are always disappointing. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Straight up lied to our faces. Realized once we were already long out of town that the fries we ordered were not in the bag checked the receipt and we paid for them. Unfortunately didn’t have time to go back, tried to call them and got no answer. My husband specifically asked them if there was a spoon in the bag for my frosty and they said yes, but there was no spoon. Absolutely ridiculous, at least service was fast and the food we did receive was good. Would’ve rather it taken a bit longer and actually received what I paid for though. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I order takeout from We days many times a month and every single order has something missing. I have yet to receive my order with everything in the bag. It’s not difficult to make sure what is ordered actually goes into the bag. Food: 4 Service: 3
