Spent $34 dollars only to get back to Wamego to find out that they completely missed my kids #9, forgot all the straws, ,gave us the wrong chicken sandwich, and there was a random wrap in our bag. Called the store and they said the only way I could get a refund was to drive 20 minutes back to Manhattan. I ordered 3 meals, THREE, and they couldn't get it right. I was the only person in the drive-thru and there was MAYBE 4 cars in the parking lot. There is ZERO excuse for that type of service, especially considering how slow they were.
