Princess, the GM, was an absolute pleasure to watch in action. We stopped in during a lunch rush, and she was running that place like Coach Carter with a headset on. The team seemed young and still learning, but Princess was not accepting excuses, shortcuts, or laziness. She had a little drill sergeant energy in the best possible way: firm, direct, and clearly focused on making sure customers got fast service and good food. We heard a few great lines from her, but my favorite was: “They came here for FAST food, not SLOW food.” Honestly, it was refreshing to see a manager leading from the front, training her team in real time, and keeping standards high even during a rush. Great job, Princess. Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Passed by during a road trip. Food was better than average for a Wendy's so that was good. Only issue had is that my son needed toilet paper im the men's restroom, when we asked the younger teenaged employee running the register he said he was going to give us a roll. We waited 5 minutes and still nothing, my wife got some from the woman's restroom. Later when picking up the food the employee never gave us the toilet paper roll . This would suck if the person didn't have assistance. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
