I had a big 9 biggie bag burger orders they told me it was going to be a wait and I was fine with waiting. Before I left I checked my bag and was missing a burger went back in side and waited for them to figure out what they missed. But then I checked it again and I was missing all my nuggets. Mind u not I live in Lancaster so I had to drive back to get my correct order. Lastly I ordered my food at 11:40 pm and didn't get my order until 12:30 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $70–80 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We love this location. Everyone is always very kind and helpful especially when I bring my elderly mother in. It’s her favorite place. Delma is always who my mom prefers to take our order. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

So...I got to this location frequently because it's the closest to my house. I went today for the free fries and frosty since there was a dunk in the National Championship Game that Michigan won. The fries were trash and the frosty was chocolate milk. I also ordered nuggets and they tasted like they been sitting under a heat lamp all day. Wendy's-- if you're going to give a promotion, make sure the food is going to be good. I hate that I don't have a better one that is closer. This just reinforces that I need to quit eating fast food.
