I ordered today for the first time with my cell phone but they didn't give me the complete order and I didn't realize until I got home and opened everything to give them the food and the whole order wasn't complete Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Terrible service. We went out eat with our friend's kids as a surprise and they wanted Wendy's. We brought them to this store and it was an absolute joke! Kids like to eat inside, so we bring them inside and at the front register there is a sign that says due to short staffing they will not be taking orders at the register. We then go to the kiosk, which was so incredibly slow and try to order from there. One of the two kiosks was broken immediately, and the other that worked was so slow, and when you went to pay it froze and you had to start over. I looked at the kids and said I guess they don't want us here, we'll be going to McDonald's instead. Shout out to McDonald's for actually letting you order inside, even if they aren't the fastest. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
