Online order and I usually add 2 sauces. One bbq and one sweet and sour. I told them I forgot to add it and if I could get those two please. Lady at the window got mad and seemed like she was having a bad day. She said it'd be 50 cents each, even though I ordered multiple nuggets and like I said, in the app I'm able to add both always and they're always free, I just forgot to that day. On top of all this, my nuggets were supposed to be spicy but they gave me the regular ones which I don't like the taste of. The fries were cold and stale. The burgers we got were also very badly put together. I ordered a coke zero but got a dr pepper. This location has gone downhill in the last couple months. Not sure if there's new management or what happened but definitely the last time I visit this Wendy's. I frequent Wendy's a lot for lunch due to it being close to our home. Now it'll be once in a while when we are near a different one where they actually have customer service and fresh food. 0/5. Avoid. They'll reply saying sorry and have excuses but it was bad enough that I took time out of my day right now and logged into the computer to leave this review. I'd recommend going anywhere else in the area except here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
