Vas a llevarte un buen recuerdo de Wendy's, ya que es bien conocido por su gran servicio y su amable personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Este lugar es uno de esos establecimientos con estupendos manjares por unos precios interesantes. Su convencional atmósfera no va a atraer a muchos curiosos. Un gran número de asiduos que usan Google no le dieron a este lugar una nota muy alta.

This particular location in Slidell is quite possibly the worst Wendy’s operated in the continental United States. I semi-frequent this location because of the entertainment value I get from it and occasional good burgers. It is, as Forest Gump would put it, “like a box of chocolates. You never know what you are gonna get.” Slight clarification to this though, you are guaranteed to wait longer than any other Wendy’s location for your meal. I’ll share two examples from the past ten days, keeping in mind I waited ten minutes for my one sandwich to be prepared after ordering it. First anecdote is from the drive through. Ordered a Crispy Chicken BLT ( just the sandwich) with no cars in front of me. Got to the window and waited literally ten minutes for them to hand me my cold sandwich. That’s right, they never asked for payment. Just handed me the sandwich and apologized for the wait. Today I ordered the same thing, but inside this time as there was 4 cars lined up to order. This would mean it would take about 20 minutes before I could place an order at the drive through, so I opted to go inside. What an experience. It was about 90 degrees inside with no HVAC. After lacing the order I had plenty of time to visit the rest room. No paper towels. The napkins at the condiment island were not even in their dispenser, and trash cans were not lined. The cashier this time at least charged payment, once he was finally able to locate the value menu item on his screen over the course of 90 seconds and me having to repeat the order 4 times. At one point it appeared that an employee not on shift was called to work behind the counter to help relieve the stress. I guess this because who I thought was a customer bubbling in her fries, in normal clothes, was called by name to come behind the counter and help out by one of the uniformed employees. Probably totally sanitary and legit. After finally receiving my to-go bag, I exited to my vehicle to open my surprise. To my amusement, the Crispy Chicken BLT that I ordered came without the B or the T. As I didn’t go to the restaurant for a fine dining experience, I chuckled and went about my day.hope these two short tales help. We were traveling from Texas to MS. We stopped at Wendy's because my family LOVES a Dave's burger. The service here was just completely amazing. The counter guy was in training but he was so nice and made us laugh. They got our food made pretty fast. The manager helped the trainee and was very nice to everyone. Between all 3 states we traveled this was the BEST Wendy's mainly because of those 2 workers (and the cooks too) but we appreciate y'all! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
