I ordered a kids nugget meal for my granddaughter along with other meals. I did not receive the kids meal. This is not the first time to be shorted on my order. I was shorted before and when I called the store they said that I would have to drive all the way back there. I asked for a coupon and she took down all my information and said she would put it in the mail. Still waiting for it . It’s been months now Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

they charge 50 cents for each sauce and employees are "fired" if they break this policy. If you are going to have such a poor policy, please make it clear when ordering. Taco bell never once complained about giving me 50 fire sauces. grow up Dave, your store stopped caring about customers. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Usually this Wendy's is on point. Today however, I used my rewards to get a free double stack. It was covered in grease.. TBH it almost like they cooked the hamburger patty in pure grease and then decided to add a cup of grease to the hamburger. Before they served it to me. Also I don't get why fast food places use so much ketchup on their hamburgers. McDonalds is just as bad about adding more ketchup than anything else. It's like if I want to ketchup; I would just go drink it from a ketchup bottle. I don't want to say they're lazy.. but It doesn't take a genius to know how much ketchup goes on a hamburger; without having it spill out the sides. The Best Wendys in Springfield is off Independence and Glenstone! Food: 2 Service: 5 Meal type: Dinner
