My husband or I walked a mile this morning to have breakfast at Wendy's. We arrived at 7:30 a.m. and was greeted by one of the employees telling us the dining room wouldn't be open until 9:00 a.m. . I asked to speak to Renee the manager on duty and no one ever came back or said anything to us. We finally walked over to the window and she was standing there with that girl and the girl up in the window and said that Renee would not open the dining room until 9:00 a.m. since she couldn't do it.. we proceeded to leave and go to Burger King which accommodated us for breakfast. Now what I find so annoying about this is my husband is an employee of this restaurant on medical leave. We will not go back and spend another penny at Wendy's. They have shown how much they care about their customers and their employees. We were on our way to the doctor and have to walk to get anywhere and this is the respect we were shown. I don't even want him to work for this place anymore but I will be letting the district manager and the corporate office know what is going on. They either need to replace these people or close the restaurant down because it is definitely not up to the standards of every other Wendy's I've been to.. the temperature outside was 5° and they left the standing out there without even bothering to let us know a answer Meal type: Breakfast
