I went through drive-thru at 1:00pm today (02/26/26). This is usually the busiest time at most restaurants. My order consisted of 2 items; 1 being a junior deluxe burger. I live not even 5 mins from the restaurant. Why is it that...1) my burger wasnt warm whatsoever. It borderline felt like ice. 2) my salad was bagged in the same bag as my burger. I go to this Wendy's 1 time per week. Wendy's is my preferred fast food restaurant. Food shouldn't be cold. Not when you live so close to the restaurant. Disappoiment is an understatement. When you pay for service it isnt optional to receive "good service". This Wendy's performance overall needs to be reevaluated and restructured. This isnt my 1st negative experience there. I just dont spend the time to document it. Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Oh no! That's not the experience we like! We'll share this with the operator to ensure this doesn't happen again.
