Just had an unsafe experience trying to eat my meal from this location. My partner and I ordered chicken sandwich combos and parked to try to eat them. As soon as I took a bite, about a tablespoon of boiling hot oil spilled onto my chest and into my lap, burning my lip, chest and leg (and ruining my shirt). There was so much hot oil in the sandwich that I rolled down my window and squeezed about an additional teaspoon of oil onto the ground. I understand that the patties are fried in oil, but the quality control here is insane. I should not be at risk of a first degree burn when eating a sandwich. Imagine if this had been a child in my situation? i will be contacting corporate as well, this is a safety issue. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Did a mobile order. Walked in to get my food. Fries were cold. Asked for hot fries. In the middle of them cooking more fries and my burger getting cold they say oh we didn’t put the tomatoes and pickles on your burger. So they got my burger and instead of making a new burger took the cold burger and slapped a tomato and pickles on it. What a joke this place is. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have always loved eating at Wendy's, but Wallace is the worst. I have eaten there 7 or 8 times since they opened and I always say I'll never go back but then I do, hoping each the food would be right. Each time I have been my order was wrong and EVERY time the hamburger was raw. I just cannot eat raw hamburger. As others have written in their reviews, if I could give a negative star, I certainly would. Drive thru staff are definitely not friendly either. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1
