Absolutely terrible. This was hands down the worst Middle Eastern food I’ve ever had. Everything tasted bland, overcooked, and poorly seasoned—like someone tried to imitate Middle Eastern cuisine without ever actually tasting it. The food honestly came across as dog food-quality, both in flavor and presentation. If you’ve never had real Middle Eastern food before, you might think this is acceptable—but if you have even a basic reference point, this place is a complete letdown. Nothing tasted fresh, nothing stood out, and the entire meal was a regret. There are far better options out there—do yourself a favor and skip this one entirely. Price per person: $40–50

Wessen Int'l Kitchen - Mediterranean Cuisine 1946 E University Dr, Tempe, AZ 85288 I had the pleasure of visiting Wessen Int'l Kitchen for the first time, and I’m excited to share my experience! This cozy little restaurant has a warm atmosphere, perfect for a casual dining experience. The Steak Kabob was enjoyable, and I really loved the Greek salad—it was a delightful burst of flavors! The hummus was tasty as well, providing a nice touch to the meal. The yellow rice and the grilled onion and tomato were decent, adding to the overall experience. One of the highlights for me was the affordability of their menu compared to other Middle Eastern restaurants I’ve visited. It’s wonderful to find a place that offers great food without breaking the bank! I’m genuinely grateful for the warm service and good food, and I look forward to returning to explore more of their menu. There are so many enticing dishes to try, and I can’t wait for my next visit!
