First time trying it out and honestly it wasn’t so bad. Would I go there again? Not really. I ordered the vegetarian bowl and it wasn’t the best the broth was lacking in flavour, it wasn’t bursting with it. Nevertheless, hand rolled noodles are amazing when they’re done right, the dough in the pictures wasn’t rolled out to equal thickness, and I got a clump of dough at some point. Their kimchi was being advertised as spicy it wasn’t spicy and it didn’t taste like real kimchi, tasted more like pickled Napa cabbage with some spice to it. The marinated cucumber were fair, lastly the edamame weren’t as good as they should’ve. You can try it out and be judge, but I’ve been to far better places than this specially for the price I paid. Came up to 67$ with taxes and tips. Their parking they only have 3 slots but since it’s a shared parking if you find a spot you can park anywhere. The food was way better when i used to study at CDI college. Food is still good but the quality decresed i enjoyed it but they have the pottential to do better . The lady that served us was so nice and so good she is a proffetional . She knows her stuff and she is friendly . You feel she is happy to serve us . Alot of other businesses need people like her . One detail the bathroom is very clean witch we do not find all the time they have facilities for hadicaps too the floor is clean and the tables . We ordered three different dishes with different levels of spiciness. They all met our expectations in terms of flavour. The Biang Biang noodles were chewy, spicy and overall satisfying. This particular dish could use a few more veggies. The flavours in Dan Dan were a hit. The small bowl of Chicken bone broth that accompanies most dishes is deadly good and feels like a warm hug. I am seeing a review expressing dissatisfaction with portion size. I consider myself a pretty hefty eater and was very satisfied with the portion but Amercian Supersize portions it is not. The service while not effusive was quick, efficient and fun. I would definitely return when back in the area.
