Absolutely awful service at night. There’s hardly anybody ever up at the front. It took me about a good 20 minutes just to have somebody ask me what I needed help with and I was just there for a DoorDash order. That is absolutely ridiculous. Stopped at this location while driving to Texas. Food was very good & the dining area was clean & inviting. However, as I was walking back to my table my eyes suddenly became fixed on a 4 legged creature called a mouse inside the dining room by a side entrance. It was apparently injured because it did not move as I walked past. I alerted the employees and naturally the girls got excited & stayed in the kitchen area. A young man came out and I told him to open the door & kick the mouse out. He didn’t seem too excited so I got up & did it myself. Question? Shouldn’t Whataburger have outside pest traps? Anyway, I enjoyed my food & short stay. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10
