I got off work at 10 pm and decided I was going to get me and my husband a burger. I get up to the ordering speaker and they greet me, I go to start my order and I’m interrupted with “hold on” and I waited for 10 minutes before someone came back to the mic to take my order. I then ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger for my husband but instead of mustard on it he wanted mayo, it still had mustard, I also got a double meat Jr burger for myself and I asked to add mayo and ketchup on it thinking it would still come with everything on it and just mayo and ketchup added to it, but no I only got mayo and ketchup on my burger. I just don’t recommend going at night or when you really want a good burger Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

Whataburger in Magnolia AR was not a great experience. I ordered on the app and it would not let me do drive-tru or curbside, I ordered around 8:30pm. So.. I had to go in to pick up my order, I had to make my drinks. After I received my food, my 2 gravies were missing. I told the young person at the counter, she went and came back with just one gravy. I repeated I had 2 missing, she went to the back and came out with another. No apology, no sorry for the inconvenience. It was Friday night but they were not busy. I won't be back. I have noticed the service has gone down hill during night time. Daytime crew are always good and helpful. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
