Sucias las mesas ademas un homeless con su perro adentro del restaurante muy mal ambas cosas. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

Bueno como se puede ver el local es nuevo y muy limpio y agradable se puede disfrutar de la comida y pasar un buen rato

First it started at the drive through when i couldnt understand the womans name and ask for her name again and then a mans voice answered stating his name was Jaylin and he was the manager. Jaylin proceeded to take my order instead. Strange. Made my order and when i asked to have my malt mixed with chocolate and strawberry he stated his malt machine was unable to mix any malt flavors. I've had multiple Whataburgers mix them for me and this was a statement from another location that in the end they ended up mixing my malt anyways and the statement about the machine not being able to mix 2 flavors apparently was not true. This was upsetting but I proceeded with my order and when I got to the window I made a joke that he was breaking my heart by not mixing my malt. After paying and receiving my order from a woman at the window who seemed to be the drive through attendant I asked for her name in order to thank her appropriately for the order, "Thank you (insert name)". She then responded with "Why do you need my name?" I attempted to explain that having manners as I do it is polite to address those who you speak to by there name and not merely as a THING doing work. She apprehensivly stated something that sounded like Savanah or Sarina or something to that nature and I simply gave up trying to explain proper etiquette and good manners to them. When it is part of the company policy to state your name when working the drive through it is curious why the same employee would be so confused by the request for their name as to be clear on it. It was very put off by the customer service and will do my best to encourage better training for the employees and for management at this location. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
