Located within the Cotton Mill, you'll find this aesthetically pleasing coffee spot. Natural light pours through the windows, seating options are plentiful, and indie tunes play in the background. It is a laid-back place to meet up with friends or get a little work done. And although the old industrial building is charming, this does create a somewhat nosier and echoed environment when the shop is a bit busier. I enjoyed the white apricot latte, a gentle fruity flavor that didn't overtake. The lavender chia seed pudding was a surprise - this wasn't something I'd normally order at a coffee shop, but I am so glad that I did. It was lightly floral, and the granola with shredded coconut on top brought balance to both the texture and flavor of the pudding. A definite win. The poptart was also quite good; however, I was a bit disappointed about the lack of filling inside the flaky pastry. Flavor-wise, it was perfectly fruity and sweet. Kind service, but I saw gnats around the food and the workers were constantly swatting them away from themselves. Both times I've come, so much of both drink and pastry wise has been out of stock. Might as well call first to see if they can even make what you want.
