Came in with my nieces for a quick meal after taking them swimming. the meal indeed NOT quick. There was maybe 2 cars in the line when we came into the store we waited upwards of 30 minutes on 6 cheeseburger sliders, 2 sacks of fries and 10 piece cheese sticks. There was 2 white women, one was older one was younger. The older woman was polite but clearly barely knew what she was doing. Seen her touch just about the entire kitchen with the same gloves it was gross. The younger one had pink hair and my niece had a strand of long pink hair in her slider. We also asked for no pickle and all 6 had pickle on them. Service was extremely slow and kitchen practices are unhygienic. My nieces were ready to go at that point and I care more about the wellbeing of my nieces more than complaining but im highly disgusted and dissatisfied. We won’t be back and the health department will be called. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I could give zero I would. Two of your workers suck, one plays on her phone while taking orders instead of listening at full volume. The other decided to drag her feet and leave a car at the window waiting on their food for 25-30 mins. One car left for the weight time. There was only one girl in there that decided to be polite and try to help but seemed to be pushed out of the other twos friend group or whatever they want to call it. We waited 30 mins for our food. That is ridiculous and unacceptable. Either need to retrain or fire. One was even wearing a black shirt which I believe is management and she’s the one dragging her feet making the sandwiches. The drink fountain barely had anything in it. And everything tasted disgusting and looked unclean. This store has gone down hill. Very disappointing in the service and the food was disgusting. Wasted 30 dollars just to throw it away. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
