Échale un vistazo a la carta china. Gran parte de sus clientes dicen que los camareros te sirven aquí unas gambas buenas. El servicio de entrega a domicilio es una de las grandes ventajas de este bar. Por si todo esto fuera poco, su personal esta bien preparado. Su servicio siempre es admirable, no lo olvides. Algunos visitantes consideran que los precios de White Swan son apropiados. Los usuarios de Google han valorado este lugar y no ha recibido una puntuación muy alta.

Rude customer service when I complained the ribs was off. Refused refund and blocked me from ordering again. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I’ve used this takeaway before on a number of occasions, not had a bad meal untill tonight. Omg it’s absolutely disgusting. Not edible at all. Ordered crispy chilli chicken, Singapore rice noodles (mild) and dry spare ribs. Crispy chilli chicken in a starter box abd was a 3rd full, portion was tiny and they have black burnt the chicken ( I guess that’s how you criso the chicken). Singapore noodle I asked for not hot and OMG one mouthful and my mouth was on fire. Seriously? Dry spare ribs look fine but that’s my dogs treat. Called white swan and they can justify £5.90 for that burnt chicken, apparently that’s how it comes even though the crispy chilli beef comes in a. It makes size container abd is actually crispy. Manager refused to rectify and refused to pick the meal up and no refund. Absolutely disgusting food and service. Avoid this place like the plague. 1 star is not deserved

Dear White Swan Chinese take away, some service would be good. don't see my review as a negative thing, but rather a way to know what to improve. As most people are complaining about your service. As a small business owner I understand the pressures. Was really hungry, late at work. At this point anything will taste heavenly...guess again... 1 star for prompt delivery - delivery guy was really nice and for the can of sprite i bought. The Singapore fried rice, should be changed to chili powder with some rice, not because of how spicy it was but just the look of it and uncleaned prawns. The salt and pepper squid, comes with garlic too... maybe i should have known, though most places I order them from, don't serve it with garlic. At this point, I don't know who has the right recipe. I called, and unfortunately for me... i got: WSC: "Sorry, you should have mentioned you are allergic to garlic, it always comes with garlic everywhere," Me: "but I always order it without, so it didn't occur to me to mention it, the website says 'Salt and Pepper Squid'" WSC: "Yes, every Chinese is different!" Me: " O, ok, i guess I will have to bin it then, bye!" The spring roll filling smelled gone off and a little slimy in the middle. I couldn't eat it as the smell was not nice. I had to throw it all in the bin. AT this rate, I would not recommend until they they improved on their service I did enjoy my can of Sprite, thank you for that. You could have said after your sorry: 1. We will send you a new one soon as possible. 2. We will give you a a free meal or 50% off for next time (not that I would take, but at least I know you would be trying) 3. We will refund you your money or part. now I feel i just wasted £20! ok maybe £17+ as the rest was a tip. Good luck.
