I love the food so much! Went and ate there with my family last night, and we enjoyed the food so much. The sauce is great, and the chicken is so tender and tasty even without the dips. The four of us were so full with only a whole chicken with 2 dips and 6pcs of pita. I thought we’re gonna order additional rice, but the serving is plenty—it’s really worth the price. Hopefully they’ll have more space to dine next time. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I visited WHY CHICKEN Pasig because of TikTok hype, but honestly, the experience was disappointing. As soon as I walked in, one of the kitchen staff already looked irritated. I tried to brush it off, but things didn’t get better. My boyfriend and I were still deciding whether to dine in or take out when the cashier abruptly interrupted us and said they were only offering takeout. It was around 8 PM, which felt odd and confusing. What frustrated me the most was the service. The cashier stayed seated the entire time while taking our order and was chewing something, which came across as unprofessional. She also rushed us and didn’t seem interested in assisting properly. When our order arrived, the food was already cold and seemed pre-made. She simply called out “Ma’am, oh” in an unfriendly tone and didn’t even bother to stand or engage with us. I really wanted to enjoy the food, but the poor service completely ruined the experience. Sadly, it left a very bad impression. Never again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
