Had the worst service ever at Wicked Chicken Sylvia park. I have ordered a Chicken and chips box and it took 25 mins for them to prepare . To make things worst, they had a grumpy lady the at counter who shouldn't be at any role in serving the customers . They don't use glows while making foods. You need to be careful Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 1 Recommended dishes: Southern Fried Chicken Combo, Loaded Fries, Curly Fries

According to our camera footage and receipts your order took 17 minutes to prepare, not 25 minutes as you have said in your review. Our staff wore gloves the entire time. Our front of house staff had no absolutely black trays to give you, instead they packed your order carefully and offered you extra sauce and napkins which you gladly accepted. It is unfair to rate the store 1 / 5 when the food was 5 / 5 according to you, and the issue around the black serving trays was not relating to the store itself.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced in fast food. I waited over half an hour for my regular combo, and watched the staff serve other people who had ordered after me. When another customer spoke up about how long we had been waiting, there was no apology or guarantee that the food would be ready soon. The girl behind the till simply shrugs and goes “I was on my break.” Pretty rude and dismissive. I asked why my food was not ready and was told that they were waiting on my fries…. however I could see 3 servings of fries ready to go, so that was also dismissive and a lie. As I sat down to eat my food I could see that the staff were openly talking about me, looking and pointing - because I had complained about the wait and being lied to for no reason.

The food was terrible by the way, I waited for half an hour just to throw it all out. This place just has terrible service and nobody working there is willing to say sorry or do anything about it.
