Came on a Saturday afternoon, a girl with bun and glasses was working. After taking our take out order and realizing she didn’t get a tip she barely spoke or made eye contact. Gave us no dip or napkins, I tried calling and although the restaurant was empty she did not answer the phone, twice. I came back to ask for the dip and napkins and she didn’t even think to apologize considering I had to drive back, asked for ketchup and she gave me two packets for two whole orders. Not impressed Additionally, The gentleman and I were ordering together and both said blue cheese dip so for you to come here and state otherwise is ridiculous and taking no accountability, and it would be assumed to give a take out order napkins, I don’t know where this culture comes from. Or at least ask, again no accountability. If this is the way you defend the workers and not customer satisfaction, I’m not surprised at all.

Hi Chante, I am very sorry to hear of your experience and apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.Upon further review, it has come to light that the gentleman who placed the order had declined the dips. Cutlery is only given when asked for. When you did come back, you were given what you asked for and while this may not seem as adequate, those are the instructions that they staff has. Any requests for extra are handled accordingly. I am sure if you would have asked for more ketchup, she would have not hesitated. While we cannot force anyone to be courteous or service oriented in any industry anymore, the fact is that most servers in any restaurant do not assume they will get a tip on a takeout order and frankly do not expect one.Nevertheless, I hope you enjoyed the wings and thank you for your business. Never had food make me feel so bad so quick, got wings and you could see the crystallized salt through the sauce on the wings, saltiest food I have ever had in my life, was extremely hungry and ate like 5 wings and now feel sick, never again

Hi KyleI am very sorry to read your review and apologize for the dissatisfaction.Wings are inherently salty and depending on the flavour you may have ordered, that may well be the case.I am not sure what you mean about the salt comment, but our wings are from a designated supplier and are cooked as per franchisor instructions.
