Hi many thanks is for your reply . Glad you mentioned the sausages as we have tried so many different high priced quality sausages from various bitchers in the area to be met with huge complaints from many different customers, so much so one couple refused to have a breakfast unless we went back to the ordinary pork sausages which we are still not cheap but are just from the local supermarket rather than a butcher . It has given us a huge headache with them and we are still undecided that to do as we would rather serve the better butchers ones too so we do appreciate your feedback and will definitely be trying to see what else we can source to try and keep everyone happy
