I’m a frequent visitor of win kitchen , or at least I was before this interaction. Initially upon me ordering the food there was no one there to take my order and I had to go call for someone , when they finally did take my order , and it was finished no one called me they just sat my order behind the counter , until I noticed and went to go and get it , when I first opened it I noticed that it was under cooked and missing ingredients, when I went to address it I was told by one of the employees that it was missing ingredients because they didn’t feel like it, upon that statement being made I requested to speak with a manager to which I was told no I wasn’t allowed to talk to the manager by one of the employees, this particular employee misgendered me multiple times (for context I’m a biological adult male with visible facial hair ) she kept calling me ma’am and referring to me ash she and her despite the fact that I made it clear that I was a man. The next employee when I asked to speak with a manager asked me why before texting someone on her phone and then walking away never actually providing me with and info for management below is a photo of the undercooked rice I received Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

While in the Philadelphia International Airport, Terminal F, l stopped by WinKitchen to grab a bite to eat. I ordered the Fried Rice with Shrimp. It wasn't bad and it wasn't great. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
